3D Artist/Modeler

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create accurate and true to form 3D assets from concept art

  • Developing next-gen cross-platform VR games using Unity

  • Help suggest new features and implement them
     

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of 3D software such as Blender, SketchUp, 3ds Max

  • 4+ years of work experience

  • Experience using Unity

  • Knows how to create 2D and 3D content for games

  • Good at environment building and lighting.

  • Able to create performant models, LODs, baked lighting, mesh simplification.

  • Photoshop, Gimp, Illustrator or Inkscape

  • Is proficient in written and spoken English

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Knowledge of shading, texturing, lighting, animation rigging, etc.

  • Worked on modular environments

  • Brings multiple skills to a project e.g coding, art, animation, sound & music design

  • You are interested in the newest technologies (AR/VR/MR)

  • Has previously worked on VR projects - mobile or desktop

  • Enjoys building games in their free time, at game jams or on their sofa

PS4/PSVR Unity Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing next-gen cross-platform VR games using Unity

  • Help suggest features and implement them

  • Working on all aspects of the codebase to make a better product - content pipeline, editor tools, game code, etc

  • Able to switch between hacky rapid prototyping and writing maintainable, dependency injected, unit tested code
     

REQUIREMENTS

  • Has at least 3+ years experience developing 3D games using Unity, with 5+ years general programming experience

  • Has worked with Zenject or other dependency injection framework

  • Has a solid understanding of the Unity 3 game engine and deep understanding of one or more areas, e.g. Particle System, Asset Bundles, Animation, GUI, Audio

  • Excellent C# (.Net 3.5) skills

  • Shipped a product

  • Is competent with general game dev concepts, AI, rendering, backend comms

  • Knows how to profile, debug and write low latency, low garbage code

  • Is proficient in written and spoken English

  • Experience with web or server-side development

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Has worked on PS4 or PSVR projects before

  • Loves game programming

  • Thrives in ambiguous situations

  • Brings multiple skills to a project e.g coding, art, animation, sound & music design

Mobile AR/VR Unity Developer

  • Developing next-gen Mobile AR/VR games using Unity

  • Help suggest features and implement them

  • Working on all aspects of the codebase to make a better product - content pipeline, editor tools, game code, etc
